Pregnancy has a way of cracking me open in a way that nothing else has. During the pregnancy of my youngest baby girl, Ayla, I became more aware and started noticing aspects of myself and how I was running my business that didn’t feel truly like ME.  It’s hard to put into words but the easiest way I can explain is that my businesses had plateaued and it felt like running each was more out of force than flow…which led to stagnancy. 

As someone that craves growth, stagnancy is the enemy. That’s when I knew I needed to make a change. Because even though from a financial or growth perspective, my businesses were thriving, they were no longer aligned with the desired lifestyle and inner truth that I live for. It was that realization and the stagnancy that not only sparked a season of change in me but motivated me to find that aligned truth within my life and business.

Here’s the thing though, I didn’t want to just change everything to change it, I wanted to take a holistic approach and that started with me going inwards, getting inquisitive and taking my time to come up with what really felt true to me. 

I took the time during my pregnancy & maternity leave to do just that and the rebrand is the result of the deep inner work, my digital baby. (By the way, the questions I asked myself daily are below so you can use them to revamp your life/biz as well!) 

There are a lot of new changes happening within Emily K. Thomas but to summarize the up-level in three words they would be: Community, Energetics, Truth.  

Community: 

Over the past few years, I’ve craved deep connections with like-minded people. People like you who are inspired to do good in the world. I want to build a community and connection with you like I haven’t before. I wanted to build a place that truly feels like home and I’m the person you think of when you want some lifestyle, mama or business advice. I want our friendship to be real, true and boundless like we are sharing deep convos over happy hour cocktails. Energetics: 

I live for the moment when I help people recognize their truth, understand their unique energetic framework and watch how their life transforms when they apply their unique energy in their life/business. I love teaching people how to shift their vibration states to attract more of what they want in their lives. 

I love to create new ways of doing business vs. the old rules and ingrained patterns to support people in up-leveling their life and their businesses energetically. When you do things differently, you create new results. I help people understand what constitutes a negative or positive choice based on their unique energetic framework. 

What I love about this work is how it dramatically increases your self-awareness as a divine, energetic being and helps you claim your power as the creator of your own experience. 

This work will shift your life’s operating system from operating from the level of ego and mind to operating from your new level of self-awareness. 

When people ask me how I’ve been able to grow my businesses while traveling and building a family, I can honestly say it’s attributed to mindset, action and Energetic management!  

A lot of established entrepreneurs end up feeling maxed out, so constrained by the demands and distractions of running a business that they can’t see what’s next. Aligned Energetics is the arm of the business where I help you identify blocks and get energetically aligned, so you can do work that lights you up and supports your lifestyle.

Truth: 

Truth to me means showing up unapologetically and doing what lights you up. I used to think that I had to look a certain way, my business had to look like the other service-based businesses and that gave me some success, yes, but it also led to major burnout.  

The truth of the matter is, when we show up as ourselves, we give others permission to do the same. We are all multidimensional beings and when we own ALL parts of ourselves, we can show up empowered and genuinely serve better!

I want this site to be a place that makes you feel safe in being who you are meant to be unapologetic in who you are. It’s when we judge ourselves for being something that we aren’t when we cause mental, physical, and energetic friction in our lives.
